Why companies book a content creator for the holiday party
The holiday party is the one night a year your whole team is in the same room and dressed up. That's recruiting content, culture content and a thank-you post to clients, all in one evening. A content creator captures it in vertical format, so your social team can post the next morning instead of waiting weeks for a videographer's edit.
What we film
- The venue reveal: décor, branding and the room before doors open.
- Arrivals: the step-and-repeat, the first drinks, the energy building.
- Leadership toast: short, captioned clips that work on LinkedIn.
- Team moments: awards, the photo booth, the department that always wins the dance floor.
- Details: branded menus, cocktails, gifts and signage, for your brand feed.
- A recap reel: 30–60 seconds that sums up the night.
Live stories: the Instagram story takeover
For +$200, we post to your company's Instagram stories during the event, so followers see the party as it happens. We agree on what's in and out of bounds with your team beforehand.
Planning checklist
- Book early. December weekdays and Thursdays fill first.
- Tell guests content is being captured. A line on the invite or a sign at check-in is enough. We'll avoid anyone who'd rather not be filmed.
- Share your brand guidelines (fonts, colors, music do's and don'ts) so edits are post-ready.
- Send the run of show with the toast, awards and any surprise moments.
- Name one point person on your team for the night.
Pricing
Corporate events are custom-quoted based on hours and location. Add-ons include extra hours (+$125), extra edited videos (+$125 each) and the story takeover (+$200). There's no travel fee in Nassau or Suffolk, and a modest travel fee for NYC venues is built into your proposal. See our corporate event content page.
