Historic hotels, manicured boulevards, the county's most photographed venues.
East Garden City occupies the old Roosevelt Field and Mitchel Field lands where Charles Lindbergh took off for Paris in 1927, and today it holds the Roosevelt Field shopping center, Nassau Community College and much of Hofstra University's north campus. The Cradle of Aviation Museum anchors the area's museum district, and one of the last remnants of the native Hempstead Plains prairie survives as a preserve beside the college. It sits where Garden City, Westbury, Carle Place, Uniondale and East Meadow meet.
That's the backdrop for the moments we film here. We follow you — and only you — from the moment we arrive until the last song plays, posting stories in real time and delivering every raw clip within 24 hours, so your East Garden City celebration is on your feed while it's still fresh.
